Sim White is based in Vancouver, BC but travels to locations worldwide as an ECE Workshop & ECE Seminar Speaker, Facilitator, Instructor; or as a Child Care Operations Consultant on topics such as, Fund Raising, Staffing, and Business Expansion.

Sim White holds a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Victoria with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education and Instruction Curriculum. Her extensive experience as ECE professional spans over 25 years, where she has worked in a variety of child care centers. In addition, she has worked for 15 years as an ECE instructor teaching at local colleges; and has coordinated a wide variety of child care programs. Recently, she has been working at City University, in their Master's of Education program.
